Church without Walls is committed to a biblical form of church life. Our desire is to live out New Testament principles of what the church is, what the church does, and how the church functions.

Our church is led by a team of elders who pastor the church by leading, teaching, and equipping the people for loving ministry. We believe this most closely follows the New Testament model of church leadership. These pastors serve as under-shepherds of Christ, who is the Shepherd of the church, and they lead the church family in seeking his will for his church. Our pastors are:

God has blessed us with many areas of ministry, but the direct, hands-on leadership of these ministries is beyond the scope of the pastors. Ministry leaders are people who are scripturally qualified and equipped to manage a specific area of ministry. They serve under the oversight of the pastors. Our ministry leaders are:
